beginning September 15 for a period of 6 months ending February 28, 2008 at a cost
of $750.00 per month. Unanimous

Policy Development
a.
Membership policy - Process will be developed to deal with the ongoing
poor behaviour of some members. S. Davis and H. Bayes to work on.
b.
Donation Policy – S. Davis brought forward the following motion
04/07/2008: MST: (S. Davis) Move that a Log Book is to be kept to enter every
donation received by the BCFFPA. Whether the item is a cheque, cash or "in kind",
there must be an entry in the Log Book. The columns should include: the date
received, by whom, short description of the item, specified usage if applicable,
disposition of the item (eg. banked, used in office, used as a prize for a event,
auctioned, unusable & returned to donor or thrown out), along with the date of
disposition & approved & signed by the Executive Director.
Further to this, if the item has a value of $100.00 or greater and it's disposition
wasn't decided prior to receiving the donation, then the Board should be consulted
and included in the decision process.
S. Davis, H. Bayes, and ED to work on this and bring forward in September.

Bursaries
a.
Bursary winners have been chosen and will be informed shortly
b.
Kids Up Front – H.Bayes and D.Drewitz have discussed this. S. Davis
was assigned to take the lead on this issue. A final decision will be made
in September.
c.
Motions – Board members were asked to work on the motions assigned to
them and bring them forward in September.
05/07/2008: MSC: (L. Dol) Move to cancel the Special Needs Athletic Bursary due to
lack of interest. Carried
d.
D. Drewitz clarified who can be part of a macro board. The board felt that
another society could not be part of the board, that it should be a BCFFPA
local only. Further discussion in September
